By using the V-Audio website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. V-Audio designs and manufactures custom audio accessories and electronics, and all products are made to order unless stated otherwise. Product features, appearance, and internal layout may vary slightly due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process.
When using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful or harmful activities, and you acknowledge that all images, text, designs, and media on the site are the property of V-Audio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice. V-Audio does not store any payment data.
Products are only processed once payment has been received, and all payments are securely handled by our various payment options. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and shipped through The Courier Guy, with delivery typically taking 1–5 working days. Shipping is free for orders over R1600. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery information provided is accurate; V-Audio is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or courier errors.
Because all V-Audio products are custom-made, they may not be returned for change of mind. All products include a 12-month limited warranty covering internal component failure, manufacturing defects, solder breaks, and internal RCA cabling faults. This warranty does not cover external or cosmetic damage, water exposure, misuse, incorrect installation, or damage caused by adjusting or dismantling the product. Any product with a punctured, removed, or damaged warranty seal is automatically excluded from warranty coverage.
Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, newly installed and found to be defective, or if a warranty claim has been approved. All returns require authorization from V-Audio and must be packaged in the original packaging. If the defect is confirmed to be a genuine manufacturing issue covered under warranty, V-Audio will cover all return shipping costs. However, if the item is found to be damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, exposure to liquids, cosmetic damage, adjustments to the cable strain relief, tampering, or if the warranty seal has been punctured, cut, or removed, the warranty claim will not be approved. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from V-Audio, and the repair request may be declined.
V-Audio is not liable for any damage to vehicles, audio systems, or equipment resulting from incorrect installation or misuse of our products. Installation is performed at the customer’s own risk, and professional installation is recommended. We respect customer privacy and only collect personal information necessary to process orders.
We do not share or sell customer data except when required for payment or shipping purposes. By continuing to use our website, you accept that these Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, and that the most current version will always apply.
